Aquilant Medical has experienced, knowledgeable and helpful staff that cover a variety of specialised services.

A trained Customer Service department stands at the ready to support medical professionals and answer any product or service queries between 8am and 5.30pm on weekdays. We will manage any special requests through to their completion and ensure a satisfactory solution is provided.

We can offer national next day, timed and same day emergency deliveries or collections to hospitals as required to meet the demands of the customer.

We offer a wide range of products and our national field based teams are available to offer on-site support and discuss clinical requirements

We have a specialised Tenders Administration function for sourcing and submitting of sales tenders with procurement offices and also maintain customer's On-line Catalogues, Online multi-quotes and provide tender usage reporting as required.

Other service support offered includes, sales order processing, financial billing and correspondence. Customer relations, sales and service queries , administration of contracts or sales quotations.
